Asset Acceptance not reporting "date on record until"

Hi All,

I have some entries in my credit report by Asset Acceptance Corp in Experian, but none of them has the information "This account is scheduled to continue on record until 20**".

Is this legal? I've disputed with them to at least provide this info but my dispute came back as "REMAINS", with no explanation whatsoever. What can I do about this? Thanks.

That's a common problem with Experian, and they almost always ignore the disputes.

You COULD dispute with Asset, they're obviously not reporting some date. But it all depends on whether the accounts are legit, SOL still on, balance, etc. You may not want to risk "increased collection efforts."

You could sue Experian.
