I have reached a settlement on one of my suits. I cant release too many details, but deletion and a check for my expenses is part of the deal. The attorney called and offered to settle, with the next court date less than a week away.
Those of you who are just starting, remember: You can do it! I started this in June and I have gotten a total of 14 deletions between the three CRA's:
3 deletions on TU score from 574 to 610
4 deletions on EX score from 608 to 646
7 deletions on EQ score from 557 to 644
An increase of 87 points on EQ in only 4 months AND I still have 2 lawsuits pending! I only had to file 4 suits, so far 2 have settled and 2 are pending. There were times when I was discouraged and unsure as to whether I would ever make it. Trust me, you can. Good Luck to you all!
