First, let me extend my thank you's to everyone here who helped me along in my journey. I began June 18, 2002. SInce then, I have gotten a combined 17 deletions. Along the way, I sent 22 faxes, 41 certified letters and filed 3 lawsuits. My scores on EX went from a crummy 608 to my now current 652. EQ went from 557 to 651. Trans Union today deleted my last negative, for a rise of 97 points in one day. My new TU score is now 708!! (Up from a low of 574. I started this after being surprised that paying a collection didnt help your score.
Well, the 3 paid collections and one charge off account are all that is left of the negatives, finally (on EX and EQ). I have a UDF for deletion from one of the CA's reporting a paid collection. Problem is, experian refuses to honor it. What can I do?
