Nextcard account lost in the woods

Ok here is a sub-issue. One of my charge off's is Nextcard. I need to settle it to get a mortgage. I can't find my account anywhere! I called Merrick bank who has most (some) of Nextcards people. They don't have me. I called credit card services and my account isn't in there. How do I find out where I am? I ain't paying till I know who to pay, ya know? Thanks guys!!!!!!! oh and www.nextcard/closure isn't coming up at all. Merrick bank told me to try it. Help please!!!!

Who verified your disputes?

Excuse me! I am a newbie. What do you mean by that question? I don't have a dispute, I owe them. I just want to contact them to try and settle. I can't find my account so I can't find who to call or write! Hope I am making sense. Thanks!!!!!

Don't know how much time you have, but I'd start by disputing the debt on the credit. And I suppose you already looked at your credit report for the contact info.

NO lol I haven't looked at it. Just going by what the mortgage guy told me....gosh that really sounds dumb huh? So I will get it then. It will tell me contact info? He did provide name and address of Nextcard. That is it. So you dispute even when you know it's yours huh?
