hey guys,
i know one of you out there can give me a boost.
i paid off VS and the Limited in 1999. I also had a Spiegel Card that i never used but never closed the account until last year. My problem is that V.Secret and the Limited are appearing as paid in full and closed but 90 days late and its listed in the negative catergory on my report. Speigel is still listed on my report even though I never used it. How does this affect my credit and how can I get the limited and victoria secret off of my report. At least out of the negative catergory.
I read the FCRA and understand it but don't know how or where to start.
