Rental denial

I was denied a rental unit based on a report from an agency - not one of the big three.

1. are they bound by the same rules for fixing disputes?

2. do they have to give me a free copy?

what agency?

If the reason they denied you the rental was based on information conatined in this "report", it is the same as if you were denied credit for a credit card.

They legally have to tell you the "agency" they received the report from and you would be entitled to contact the "agency" and get a free copy of the report.

Was the agency used U.D. Registry?
