Investigation Procedure Request

When I requested from the credit bureaus the description of their reinvestigation procedures, I received this letter that just described what they did but not who, when, or where they verified this info with. Is there something I can do about this, shouldn't they provide more info as too how they reverified this info?

I'm going to guess that your request was too "generic".

What they sent you, is apparently what your asked for.

I would make the same request again, asking specific questions relating to your investigation request.
