TU not removing a late WITH a Letter from FORD

Im currently fighting with transunion. I had a late on my report from FORD. I call ed Ford..and they said I wasnt late and even sent me a letter to say that. I disputed online with TU and it came back verified late. So i faxed them the letter to the FAX the person requested. and they told me I couldnt dispute a verified Late for 90 days. EVEN with the letter.

What should be my next step.

the TU morons have so far ignored my letter to sue for their verified "voluntary default" since the UDF copy from Ford says "bk 7".

As part of TU's investigations in response to my small claims suit they deleted quite a few of the "included" accounts, but they left 3 "included" accounts. I dismissed. Then their law firm read CreditCourt, and all of a sudden they deleted everything except the bk. I did NOT dispute at all.

If they refuse to report accurately, sue. Apparently your results will be a lot better if you do so publicly.
