View Full Version : What happened with the Beacon score explanations?

Christine
We're back to the old "4 reason factors" - the page can be SAVED, unlike the detail format and I won't be spending these countless hours trying to figure out the fraudware.

But of course it sucks not having all this detailed info. Equifax also has been "dropping" perfectly good tradelines for no reason.

That make me wonder why the score page has the title "Fico backup"?????

Doesn't look like a planned event.

What's going on?

A complete meltdown of the Equifax system would be nice :)

Today we're back to the detailed explanations, and apparently the OLD score pages saved at the Equifax site are dynamic. When they run the "backup" system, ALL the old scoring info defaults to the backup format. I thought they were saved as static files, apparently not so.

The primary system is definitely down a lot lately. And if there actually is someone else who looks at WHY the scores are what they are, and intends to use the info in court, I recommend PRINTING and/or saving (if possible) the printable format. You never know when this system goes down permanently.

And, when running the backup system, check to see your REAL 4 reasons for lowering the score for all the old reports.
