Legal documentation for Credit Reporting

Good luck on your law suit. I filed bankruptcy and am now actively working on getting some things removed from my credit report. Your answers from previous messages were of great help however I have discharges on my CR that are showing 9's and want those recorded as should be, where can I go to look for legal documentation that these should be reported correctly so I can send with requested letter to the CRA. Thanks Bev If unable to answer ok I will look in the site you suggested. Let us know how your suit goes.

It's fascinating to see how many credit problems one can have while paying your bills on time!

With TU the discharged accounts should show as unrated, but Equifax reports them correctly as R-9. Check the balances and dates, and that they're "included."
