BK and Old Charge-Offs

This site is a great resource. Thanks in advance for any responses to my question.

Ok. Say I had 2 or 3 credit card accounts that are now listed as Charge-Offs or Closed. If I now file Chapter 7 can I include those so they get changed to "Included..." in my CR?

Christine, how do you get the companies to report them as included. I have 2 accounts that I included in chapter 7, one says charge off and the other says included in bk/chargeoff. I have disputed these to no avail. Do you have any additional ideas?

They have to report as included, althoug Experian prides itself in adding numerous additional derogs, and it's another reason why I'm suing.

If they do not update to "included" in response to your bureau dispute, you may have to sue.
