Hi Christine,
I went for the USA credit thing, and it was a bust. The merchandise is overpriced, and even though I bought something and paid for it, they still haven't contacted the CRA's. They claim they contacted them in October 2002 and will not do it again, and that I should contact the CRA's to make them put the information on the reports. My understanding is, however, that the CRA's simply report what they're told - I can't imagine they would suppress something like this. Being too lazy/stubborn to investigate something I can see, but being too lazy to simply report something? Probably not. Also, USA took an inordinate amount of time to ship the item I ordered - over a month without any updates as to progress. Their "customer service" personnel aren't helpful - rather, they're defensive. I really can't recommend them, although if anyone has any ideas as to how I can get my good credit line with them reported, I'm happy to hear about it.
Thanks, marsimms
