christine, I really believe in what you're doing

I've read much of your site. I agree with so many of the battles you are fighting.

How can I help? My particular pet peave is the reporting of discharged accounts to the CRA's after BK.

The reporting of these accounts is vendictive. There is no chance of collecting. The only purpuse is to sabotage my future credit.

Bankruptcy;

What can I do to make change?

I'm trying to bring some attention to those problems in court right now. The problem is that I'm not a lawyer and have no clue, at the rate it's going my entire case is going to be dismissed for technicalities.

Can't get an attorney on contingency when you're not in it for a some cash in a quick settlement, I may have found someone to pay by the hour - wish me luck!
