Shylock update: suit and Peru

...I am 11 months status post my bankruptcy and 8 months status post my settlement with Premier America Credit Union.

Despite the bankruptcy and the settlement they continue to send me dunning letters and harass me. So I filed suit in Van Nuys, California Small Claims Court.

My hearing is January 28 and I fly out to Lima, Perú on January 31 never to return to US soil.

That case deserved a lot more than the 10K, but it's a start. Hopefully you can settle before the hearing, small claims is a crap shot. (as you know)

I can't wait to head South as soon as I'm done with my suit, whenever that is - looks like the Feds and CRA CEOs will get dismissed and then maybe we'll have some discovery, finally.

I met an alpaca breeder recently after she spent some time in Peru with the locals and she loved it down there.

And never say never! You never know :)

I've read some great things about Ecuador too, I could spend years checking all these places out.
